IKONOBLASTER END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license is between you and Ikonoblaster (“we”, “us”). It covers digital files bought from ikonoblaster.com. Paying for a product, downloading it, or using it means you accept this license. If you do not accept it, do not buy or use the files.
1. What you buy
You buy a license to use the files, not ownership of them. We keep all copyright and other rights. Each purchase is for one end user, or one studio acting as a single licensee. You may not share the download, resell the license, or let another studio use your copy.
2. Game-ready assets
Game-ready characters, creatures, models, rigs, textures, and animation packs may be used in personal and commercial projects, including games, film, and real-time work, on these conditions:
- The files must stay inside your project. Players, viewers, and clients must not receive the source files, raw meshes, textures, rigs, or animation clips as standalone files.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, or give away the files, in original or modified form.
- You may not use the files, in whole or in part, to build an asset, model pack, or stock library for sale.
- You may modify the files for your own project. Those modifications are still covered by this license and may not be sold or shared as source files.
- A game or film that merely shows the asset is allowed. Shipping our files so an end user can extract and reuse them is not.
3. No AI or machine-learning use
You may not use the files, previews, images, or any derivative to train, fine-tune, or improve a machine-learning or generative AI system. That includes datasets, LoRAs, checkpoints, and tools that generate models, images, or animation from these files. Output from such a system is not a permitted use.
4. 3D print files
Print files are for personal and hobby use:
- You may print them yourself, at home or through a print service, for yourself or as a personal gift.
- You may not sell, rent, or give away the printed object, including commissions and “print for a fee.”
- You may not sell, share, upload, or redistribute the files.
- You may not modify the files and sell or share the modified files or prints made from them.
- A print service may print a file for you only. You may not leave the file with them for other customers.
5. What we do not allow in either product
You may not use the files in a way that is unlawful, hateful, or pornographic involving minors. You may not register a trademark on our creature designs or present them as your own original product. Credit is appreciated and not required.
6. Delivery and refunds
Files are delivered by download after payment. A download is complete when the file has been made available in the account or the download email has been sent.
Because these are digital files, completed purchases are not refundable once a download has been made available. Buying a file and then changing your mind, buying the wrong product by mistake, or deciding the style does not fit the project are not grounds for a refund.
A refund or a replacement may be issued only if:
- The file is missing, corrupted, or will not open, and we cannot provide a working file within a reasonable time.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You were charged and no download was made available.
Request a refund from [email protected] within 14 days of the order. Include the order number and a description of the fault. If a refund is issued, the license ends and the files must be deleted.
A file that works in the stated engine or printer, but does not match a result you expected from a different version, material, or workflow, is not defective.
7. Termination
If you break this license, it ends. You must delete the files and stop using them. We may close the account and cancel download access. Clauses on ownership, AI, and resale still apply.
8. Disclaimer
Files are provided as is. We do not warrant fitness for a particular engine version, printer, or material. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages to the extent the law allows.
